I headed to trader Joe’s for some groceries but also ended up grabbing some hair and skin care items. I never notices their health beauty line (mostly because it’s a *small section) but this time I wasn't in such a hurry and started wondering around. Here’s what I got:
Trader Joe’s Regenerating Antioxidant Moisturizing Face Lotion - $6.88
I’m always looking for a light moisturizer preferably with SPF; unfortunately this moisturizer doesn’t have any, however I still picked it up. I might just apply SPF under.
Trader Joe’s Face Wash with Tea Tree Oil - $5.49
I happen to have adult acne and am always looking for face washes help my acne problem.
Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo - $3.79
I have really dry/sensitive scalp so I usually use Jason’s tea tree shampoo. It’s my favorite because it really does get rid of my flaky scalp, but it’s around $8. So when I spotted Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Shampoo and saw that it was around $3 I was thrilled.

I wanted to knit something easy and quick so I went on a search for a quick knit bag and found a wonderful pattern at Ravelry the direct link to the free pattern here. It's a wonderful cable bag that can easily be tweaked to your liking. If you follow the pattern you'll get something like this:
or you can extend the pattern and make bigger bags, like this:
I lined these bags with some cute liners I found at Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts. I folded the liner in half, cut the liner to the width of the bag, then I sewed the sides together, and lastly I sewed the liner on to the knitted bag. You could also add small pockets with the left over liner, like I did.
So pick up some super chunky yarn, a cute liner, some chunky needles, and knit yourself a bag!

This is my first blog post, so we already know this going to be a weird (in the future to be deleted) blog post. I decided to start my own *blog because dang it, twitter just doesn’t have enough characters for me to keep blabbing on. I love sharing my opinion with **people about products, events, and well…everything really!
What to expect:
Random Thoughts
My thoughts on products that I buy (make-up, electronics, books, clothes, tea, etc.)
D.I.Y (make-up/ skin care, or whatever I’m interested in)
Some knitting
No matter what your opinion; feel free to comment.

* Yeah, I know I’m like 10 years late.
**Even if most don’t care for it.
